Before and after dental whitening procedures

Before teeth whitening begins, we will evaluate your teeth and gums to make sure that you are a suitable candidate. After it has been determined that professional teeth whitening is a good option for you, the procedure can begin. First, we will apply a protective layer of gel or a rubber shield to protect your gums. A custom-crafted tray will be fitted to the contours of your teeth, and the whitening solution will be applied to the inside of the tray.
It will be positioned onto your teeth and remain in place for about 30 minutes. Afterward, you can repeat this procedure from the comfort of your own home. Depending on the extent of the discoloration, the teeth whitening process should take about 2 to 4 weeks in all.
